Corey Buhay

Corey Buhay is a writer and editor based in Boulder, Colorado. She writes Outside's Basecamp Confidential column about the behind-the-scenes of outdoor jobs. As one of Outside's gear testers and contributors, Corey regularly tests packs (including multiday packs, day packs, and ultralight packs) and other backpacking gear for both Outside and Backpacker. She's a former member of the U.S. Ice Climbing Team and regularly tests ice climbing gear as well.
